1998 – 2015:
In 1998, Per Defalva and Andreas started a collaboration in the making of the album series “On the Voyage Through Life”.
Noises is the latest album and will be released 1 September, 2015
On the Voyage Through Life (OVTL) is a concept by the songwriter and artist, Per Defalva, who is the founder of all the OVTL-albums. Common for these albums is that all of them has a theme that applies to the songs in the album. The theme often reflects the stages in his life. The songs are often linked together by sound effects, quotes and musical bridges which aims to illustrate an musical journey.
On several of the albums there are guest artists performing. An important part of the OVTL-concept is that the album cover is designed to reinforce the theme and link the album to the other ones in a life long journey.
All the OVTL-albums are a collaboration between Per Defalva and Andreas Hedberg, where Per Defalva is the composer and lyricist, and Andreas Hedberg is the producer and mix engineer of the music. (The song “Waiting” from the album Destinations, is composed by Per Defalva and Andreas Hedberg).
